Return & Refund Policy

Cancellations:
Order can be changed or canceled before the shipment. Reasons could be:

1. The inventory is not up-to-date, and item is actually sold out when you place the order;

2. Shipping company requests remote area surcharge and you don't want to pay more on shipping.

Return & Exchange:

Due to the nature of international shipping, in most cases, no return or exchange unless product has defects.

❗️Please double check the size if you order a cloth. Compare the dimension with your own cloth will help determine the size. Size is not uniform so please check the dimension for sure. ✔️Or you can message us for recommendation.

For customers buying the figures, we will try to protect the original box but please keep in mind that it might get dent or damage due to international shipping or the Customs inspection. Only refundable/replaceable when the figure itself get damaged. Please follow the instruction below to file a claim.

Damaged/Defective Items:
❗️Items might unfortunately get damaged during shipping. If you receive a damaged package, please take photos or video when you unbox it. 
In your email, please send us your order number, clear photos of the wrong /damaged /defective items with the shipping label in the same frame, and clear photos showing how the items were packed. After reviewing and approving it, we will either offer exchange or refund based on availability.

Missing/Wrong Items:
If you received a wrong or missing item from your package, we will make sure to get you the correct items at no additional cost if it's still available. Please contact us with your order number, photos of the items received. We will arrange any replacement needed after reviewing the case. And we will send you a return label, please help return the wrong items to us.

Incorrect/Invalid Address:
Packages with an incorrect or invalid address, missed delivery, or refused delivery will be returned to our warehouse. Once the return is initiated, it can not be intercepted. The refund of the value of the products will not be processed until the package reach our warehouse. We will inform you of the arrival of the package and issue the refund of the products. 5% of the order cost will be deducted as restocking fee (no more than 20USD).

Missing Packages:
We are truly sorry to hear about the lost package. In most cases, package is just significantly delayed due to backlog in the Customs. Please be patient and let us know if any concerns or questions.

In cases that package get stolen after carrier mark it as delivered, we are not able to help unfortunately.
